● PU Rod Seal having shorter inner sealing lip world trust hydraulic IDI seal nutrings are designed especially for rod applications.
●PU Rod Seal is the most critical seal on any type of fluid power equipment preventing leakage of fluid from within the cylinder to the outside. Besides, Leakage through the IDI Rod Seal can reduce equipment performance. And also in extreme cases can cause environmental issues and therefore it is vitally important to choose the correct rod seal type and design to suit a particular application.
● Polyurethane (PU) is a special material that offers the resilience of rubber combined with the toughness and durableness. It allows people to substitute rubber, plastic and metal with PU. Polyurethane can reduce factory maintenance and OEM product cost.Polyurethane has better abrasion and tear resistance than rubbers, and offering higher load bearing capacity.
● Retractable Hydraulic Cylinder Piston Rod U Cup Lip PU Rubber Seal Ring Rod & Piston seals are equal lip-seal which can be used for both piston seal and rod seal.
